The Ride Rasmussen Style Clinics, Guided Rides and Trainings are great for everyone, whether you want to advance your skills or are just beginning to learn. Our skills clinics are designed with learning and safety in mind. We will push your limits and test your abilities in terrain that suits your needs.

Wilderness First Aid
Wilderness environments create special situations not usually encountered in a normal environment. We have tailored ASHI’s Wilderness First Aid program to benefit the motorized wintertime backcountry user.

Clinic FAQs
Idaho Trail Permit Required
Permits can be purchased in Island Park at Robin's Roost, Harriman State Park or Henry's Lake State Park. Click here to purchase online!
Required Riding Equipment
A transceiver, shovel and probe are required when attending a Ride Rasmussen Style clinic. This equipment must be carried on the rider and not on the sled.
Attend Morning Briefing
RRS Clinic Morning Briefing starts at 9 a.m. M.T. on the day of the clinic.
Away All Day
Be prepared to spend all day in the backcountry; bring food and water with you.
Return & Debrief
Clinics will return around 5 or 6 (depending on sunset) and will close with a debriefing with the instructors.
Push Your Ability
Under professional supervision the instructors will push your ability.

There is plenty of parking at the SpringHill Suites and room for trailers.

Your total must be paid in full at the time of booking completion.

Our instructors work hard for your personal safety and satisfaction, you may consider reflecting your appreciation with a small token of reward for their hard work. Tips are accepted only upon your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, credits are held on your account until a later date for up to one year. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your clinic will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Lodging: The Ride Rasmussen Style Lodging is excited to announce its partnership with SpringHill Suites Island Park Yellowstone in Island Park, ID offering an array of lodging options. The SpringHill Suites has a restaurant on site and offers box lunches to our guests for $10/person. Please book your lunch at the time of booking or check-in. At the time of check-in, the SpringHill Suites will provide you a Ride Rasmussen Style Welcome Kit providing you additional information on your booking.
